Terms of Service
Who we are
openstage is operated by Tyler Roy Music ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using openstage you are entering an agreement with Tyler Roy Music, and by continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.
The service
openstage lets acts log their booked gigs and share open dates, and lets venues, festivals and fairs browse acts and message them. You must be of legal age, or have authority to act for your organization, to use it. Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate — you are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse openstage, including:
- using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
- sending spam or harassing other members;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property;
- interfering with security — malware, probing, scraping or bypassing limits;
- reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service.
Ownership
Tyler Roy Music owns openstage, its software, design and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your membership. You keep ownership of the content you add, and let us store and display it only to run the service.
Payments and subscriptions
Membership is a 7-day free trial followed by $25 per year, renewing automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Service level
We work to keep openstage running well, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using openstage at any time. When access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Questions? Message us through the app.
